Rim Repair By Mail

If you are not located in the Phoenix, Arizona area and you would like to send us your rim(s) to be fixed, this is the procedures that you need to follow.

Step One -We need to know if your rim(s) are repairable. Email us a few pictures of your rim and a description of the damage that needs to be fixed. If your rim(s) are repairable then we will email you a pre-quote. *Quotes are subject to change, if there is more damage to the rim then described.

Step Two -Package your damaged rim(s) (or rim(s) and tires, if more convenient) in a secure box. Include: -Your name and or company name -Phone number -Return address -Vehicle and rim information -Any other special instructions

Step Three Send your rim(s) to the Rim Repair King by UPS regular ground service (or the carrier of your choice) insured for the replacement value of your wheels (Call 800-PICKUPS for the closest UPS terminal for the lowest UPS shipping cost). Normally, shipping costs are approximately $8 to $25 per wheel, based upon your wheel size/weight and zip code.

Step Four After we receive the rim(s) we will asses the damage and call you with a final quote. After we receive your approval and payment. (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Paypal) we will begin the repair process.

Step Five After the repair is finished we will return your rim(s) to you via UPS regular ground service.
